There is a new busker at Canary Wharf. The last guy seems to have disappeared. Pity. He was the guy who whistled with a stutter. Was very odd, fascinating.
This is the new guy.
He speaks as though he went to Oxford. One wonders how he ended up in a wheelchair in an underground station.
