Still happy, agent still not fuckwit...house still looking good apart from a few minor points that are seen as advantages to the Poms and freak the Saffas out.

These are:

No burglar bars, no security whatsoever.

House on the pavement

House next to shops

House near transport

Pedestrian traffic

Then there are things that one just has to suck up as this is the way it is here

These are:

Teeny tiny houses

Teeny tiny gardens

Teeny tiny cupboards

Teeny tiny garages

There are, however , advantages

These are:

Smaller house...easier to clean

Smaller house...easier to heat

That's about it, actually.
