I love the fact that you can check out your own groceries without a teller. It is not as easy as it seems, especially for the stupid people (me).
Nonetheless, I am now almost an expert. Swipe the purchases, put them in the bag, pay with card...no mess , no fuss. What amazes me more than anything is that nobody tries to buck the system. All honest and above board.
Nobody takes advantage of the system by trying to take a whole trolley load of groceries through, you can use cash or a card, I love it! Bloody clever, these poms.
